Hi Paul,

There are two options (I assume you are license administrator).

1. You can deactivate the employee from the license on "Manage Users" page on Revizto Workspace website. Then all projects owned by him/her will become owned by the license owner.

2. On the "Manage Projects" page of Revizto Workspace website, you can go through projects owned by that employee one by one (click on arrow near project to open its page) and change owner there.

"Overwrite" is used to update existing model. "Append" is used to add a new instance. So in this case your choice is "overwrite", cause "append" will create duplicate geometry.

The process is two-step. First step is local export from Revit to Revizto, it doesn't send files over the Internet. It usually takes most of the time. Then in Revizto when you click on "Sync" button it actually uploads the results on the cloud. So with improving Internet connection you can only speed up the second step.

Hello Hitesh,

Export time. Most time is usually taken by sheet export. Probably your 190Mb model just has more sheets. If you are using Revit 2018 you can turn on "Parallel sheet export" which can speed this up. You can also think of setting up the Export Scheduler to run exports at night automatically.

Upload. Unfortunately we don't support incremental model updates. Each time the whole model is re-exported and re-uploaded.

Hi Danilo,

This is a known problem which was partially fixed in the latest Revizto update. Could happen if revit filename changed. Firstly, please check if you are on the latest version of Revizto. Then remove all sheets from Revizto and re-export them from Revit (the new option in sheet selection "merge similar sheets" should be applied). On subsequent exports sheets won't be duplicated.

Hi Seadna,

This is handled by Unity (the engine Revizto is built upon) and we just don't have SLI systems to test, so we are not sure.

Currently you can't filter them out, but you can sort by status (with ignore notifications), then all open issues will be shown first.

This is a known problem and we will be improving that in future.

Try to play with the scale of the material, there is a chance that it will help.

On the decal issue - would be great if you can share a revit sample model with a decal that is not being exported correctly.

Hi Seadna,

Currently HUD can be operated only with a mouse. However, we've put a lot of shortcuts on the Vive controllers so many features can be operated using them (this includes scrolling through issues within Issue Tracker). Please take a look at the following help article, it contains all available shortcuts:


At some point we'll make it possible to use vive controllers to operate the menu.

Hi Paul,

No, we haven't got similar reports. Please try to re-install Revizto on that computer.

You can see all projects on the "Manage Space" page. However, currently super administrator doesn't have access to a project unless explicitly invited. We will be changing that in future (~couple of months).
