Revizto 3.2: what's new?

Dear Revizto users,

We are glad to announce that Revizto 3.2 is officially released! You can update from inside the program or download it from our website.

Here is the list of new features of Revizto 3.2:

Editor

- Section cut
The ability to cut a scene in any direction with a single plane.

- Viewpoints
You can now save the views for furhter navigation and presentation. Viewpoints can contain section cut settings. Views from Revit, Navisworks and SketchUp are exported to Revizto as well (right now boxes from Revit and Navisworks are converted into a single plain section with a heuristic algorythm, with box support coming in future).

- Home button instead of Fit to Screen
A shortcut to return to home viewpoint.

- New sharing dialog
Instead of opening workspace page.

- New reporting settings dialog
Instead of opening workspace page.

- Account settings dialog added
So you can change your profile information from inside the program.

- Improved dialog for project sharing through a shared location
With the ability to save a path to be used for furhter projects.

- Trial version watermark
Projects created with a trial version of Revizto 3.2 will contain a Revizto Trial Version watermark. Watermark dialog in the Editor will be blocked when using trial version.

Viewer

- Section cut
The ability to cut a scene in any direction with a single plane.

- Viewpoints
You can now save the views for furhter navigation and presentation. Viewpoints can contain section cut settings. Views from Revit, Navisworks and SketchUp are exported to Revizto as well (right now boxes from Revit and Navisworks are converted into a single plain section with a heuristic algorythm, with box support coming in future). Viewpoints created in the viewer can also store category visibility and transparency settings.

- Home button
A shortcut to return to home viewpoint.

- Rooms as a separate mode
For Revit originated projects, rooms are now accessible via the menu. Rooms can now not only be sorted by names, but by levels as well.

- Rooms on the map
For Revit originated projects, room names can be seen on the map when it is zoomed enough.

- Windows touch support
We've added a special shortcut to the Windows start menu so that the owners of touch computers can launch a special Revizto Viewer Touch program with iPad-like controls.

- New shortcuts
We've added a lot of new shortcuts to cover the most functions of Revizto Viewer. You can have a look at them in the user manual.

- Gamepad and xBox controller support
Now you can navigate in the Viewer using your gamepad!

 - Oculus support
Revizto Viewer can now be launched with Oculus! For more details, refer to user manual.

- Browsers menu item renamed to Gallery
This is where you can now find project Sheets, Videos, Screenshots and attachments.

- New reporting settings dialog
Can be launched from Issue Tracker if user is the owner of the project or has edit rights.

- Network status
You can see a network status indicator on your avatar. It shows whether you are online or offline.

- Account settings dialog added
So you can change your profile information from inside the program.

Issue Tracker

- Issue Tracker as a separate app
Now Issue Tracker is also installed as a separate applictaion so you can watch your issues without opening Revizto.

- BCF tag is added to issues imported from BCF
So that you can easily filter them.

General

- Issue Tracker and Camera Sharing will not be blocked by firewall any more
With the implementation of the new notification service. Please note that to be able to communicate with issues in real time or have camera sharing sessions, all the users should use either Revizto 3.2 or Revizto of the older version, but not mixed up.
